Where This Applies
This policy applies to all of our activities, including:
- Reviewing applications for family assistance
- Selecting and working with provider partners
- Recruiting and working with board members, volunteers, and staff
- Accepting donations and working with vendors
- Communications, events, and our website
How Assistance Decisions Are Made
Applications for assistance are reviewed using published, objective eligibility criteria related to the child’s needs and the family’s financial circumstances. Reviewers disclose conflicts of interest and step away from any decision where a conflict exists. Assistance is subject to available funding and is never guaranteed.
